Hypnosis can’t make you do anything you don’t want to.

So of course it made sense he was able to hypnotize her to quit smoking. She asked him to!

And of course it made sense, a few weeks later, to let him hypnotize her to eat better and work out more. It had worked for quitting smoking!

And as she got fitter, and it took more effort to reach her goals, of course it made sense to let him hypnotize her to feel good when she did the things he hypnotized her to do. Who wouldn’t want to feel good?

And of course it made sense that she wanted him to hypnotize her to do more things. It felt good to do things she was hypnotized to do, after all.

So, of course, she wanted to do whatever he hypnotized her to do. It felt so good, it had to be right.

Hypnosis can’t make you do anything you don’t want to… but given time, you’d be surprised how much you can be convinced to want.
